What to expect during a Bowen appointment:

Each session is approximately 45 mins - 1 hour and can be performed through light clothing.

Most cases require 3 sessions of the Bowen Technique but results can often be seen within 1 session.

The patient should not be undergoing any other treatments from physiotherapy, osteopathy or chiropractic practice whilst having the Bowen Technique. The Bowen Technique is very subtle and will easily be disturbed resulting in poor results.

Drinking plenty of water in between Bowen sessions.

Usually within the first 4 days of a Bowen session you will see a change in your body and this is a sign that the body is responding well to the treatment.

 
Being able to relax after a Bowen session will enhance the body's restoration process.
